License for use of marketing materials: In addition to the aforementioned terms and conditions, by participating in our website design and development promotion, the applicant grants the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use screenshots, links, videos, and the name of the company for which the Services are provided, as well as other relevant information about the Client's website in the Company's promotional or marketing materials.

Acceptance of terms: By submitting the form, the applicant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the disqualification of the applicant from the promotion.
